I love this practice! The moment you walk in to the moment you leave every staff member is friendly and helpful. I have to admit I’m not a huge fan of the dentist, Dr. Heine and his staff put me at ease and I walk out of there informed, comfortable and not stressed out. Not to mention, my 8 yr old daughter is seen here as well and she actually likes going to the dentist! Highly recommend this practice to everyone!

Had my first visit to Heine and Associates Family Dentistry slightly over a week ago as my insurance changed and I needed to find a new dental practice. I was hoping this practice was covered under my new dental insurance and I lucked out. I had heard nothing but great things about Dr. Heine and his staff. Dr. Heine was in practice with the former pediatric dentist, Dr. Troll, who my daughter used to go to as a child. So I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were still staff who remembered me and my daughter. They were pleasant when I called to schedule my first appointment and answered all my questions. My hygienist, Shirley, was absolutely thorough explaining everything she was about to do and why, something my prior dental office never did. I then saw Dr. Heine, again explaining what he was doing and why, making me realize that changing dental practices was the best thing I ever did.
